A deep sense of love & belonging is an irreducible need of all people.
We are biologically, cognitive & spiritually wired to love, to be loved, & to belong.
When those needs are not met, we don't function as we are meant to. We fall apart. We numb.
We ache. We hurt others. We get sick.”

A little background….

I've wanted to be a social worker since I was 16, driven by a passion for serving marginalized and vulnerable populations. Early in my career, I worked across various nonprofit settings, including outpatient, residential, and correctional facilities. After developing an autoimmune condition in 2008, I shifted to private practice to manage my health. This personal journey now informs my work with clients facing chronic health issues and their caregivers. I believe health encompasses physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being, and effective care must adapt to each person’s unique and evolving needs.
