​My practice uses Blueprint Health to deliver measurement-based healthcare (MBH), which involves regular tracking of symptoms through evidence-based assessments tailored to each client’s treatment goals. This approach ensures therapy remains responsive and effective. Research shows MBH improves outcomes and reduces dropout rates. Blueprint Health also offers tools for between-session engagement, enhancing therapy effectiveness. The platform is user-friendly and accessible via app, website, or SMS. Many insurance companies are requiring measurements as part of treatment.

For Telehealth Sessions: Please create a calming environment for yourself:

Accessibility: Our office is on the first floor and handicap accessible, with wide doors and a handicap-accessible bathroom. While we don't have a designated handicap parking space directly in front of our building, there are spaces available in the adjacent lots. There is one small step from the parking lot to our office.

Alpha Stim Therapy
An FDA approved adjunctive therapy to treat anxiety, depression, insomnia, and pain. This treatment can be used in session. Mild improvements can be seen after one session. Results are cumulative with the most significant improvement with daily use. About 80% of participants see a decrease in symptoms with consistent use. Alpha-stim.com
